Adeva Spa @ Paragon
Generally well-reviewed, I tried out Adeva Spa for myself and found myself impressed! Great customer service, quiet relaxing environment and skillful massage therapist. The only drawback? The staggering prices. Regardless, its a good place to go for a Groupon deal!

When my shoulders and legs started aching after recently restarting my regular fitness regime, I knew I had to treat myself with a little massage as a reward.
That’s why when a Triplex Massage on Adeva Spa popped on Groupon, I knew I just had to try it out.
Making an appointment was a breeze though you have to make it at least 1-2 weeks ahead (even for a week day).
I arrived about 5-10 minutes late. Its located on the 6th floor so you can take the elevator closest to the main entrance straight up.
I like it that it is at a more private corner within Paragon.
Joy, one of the front line staff, approached me to help me with redeeming the Groupon and taking down of my personal details. I was then escorted down a corridor of rooms into my treatment room.
I put my belongings in the cupboard provided.
And I laid on the treatment bed as shown. They did not have something for you to change into but I guess that’s pretty unnecessary for a full body massage anyway.
Emily, my therapist, came in and asked politely if she could start the massage. She’s a Singaporean lady probably in her 40s and from what I can feel, really good at what she does. She tries to strike up a conversation but eases off when she realizes I wanted a rest. No selling of services or products.
She is careful to exert the right amount of pressure, always inquiring if she is being too firm. Her massage strokes were always spot on, hitting those areas where I needed relief the most. I’m a fan of Triplex Massage (fusion of Tuina, Swedish and Javanese massage) after this. Definitely a recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing day out!
After towelling the massage oil off and ending the massage, Emily and Joy served up Ginger Tea and delicious Gingko Nut and White Fungus dessert back at the reception area. Joy asked if I was interested in hearing about their facial and massage packages and when I declined, she bid me farewell politely.
Overall, a fantastic experience I would recommend friends and readers to try.
