My sister wedding's coming up so i wanted to style myself better and i thought of hair dye. My sister recommended me this shop so I went there for hair dye. A male stylist was in charge of me and he is very quiet even though i told him it was my first time heading to a salon to dye hair. I enquire about ashy brown as i was interested in it but he mentioned it requires 3 times of bleaching to acquire that hair color. Thus, i switched to a lighter brown color instead. He told me that bleaching is required but only 1 time. Being a newbie in hair dye, i accepted his suggestion and that is my biggest mistake in my entire life. First, i went for bleaching and i assumed that it will be pale yellowish for the result. But to my horror, it is bright yellow on top, and orangey yellow on lower length. He then mentioned that it is due to my red hair previously where he should totally let me know before i even need to ask him. Secondly, i chose the color of light brown and he went to get the hair dye. After washing off the hair dye, it was WHITE on top and BLONDE on the lower length. I was devastated as i am working as front line and how am i suppose to go out to serve customer with such ridiculous hair? He then proceed to ignore me when i ask him why the color turned out this way. It was until my sister, who was beside me, pester him with what i asked. Then he said he will redo top part to be darker shade. TRUE HORROR BEGINS. He reapplied god knows what color on the top of my hair and after washing off, It turned out to be ALGAE GREEN. So im having ALGAE GREEN on top and BLONDE below. I nearly cried as i lost all hope. I was at the point of wasting my 315 bucks and go to any of the shop to buy diy hair dye to save myself. My sister and her husband insist that i should let them do the job and finish what i wanted (i had to pay for it AFTER I GOT THE HORRIBLE JOB DONE as they said it's closing time and i had to pay) Then, a more senior looking stylist saw my fugly hair, he helped out with my hair by REAPPLYING another hair dye. Mind you, i did 1 bleaching, 1 colorring and 2 redoing already. But that is not the end as the result was BLONDE. it looked abit better than previously but it is still a disaster to me. I asked for light brown but i was given blonde. In the end, we ended up choosing another color which i was assured a darker shade to do the next day since they are closing for the day (i was there from 5pm till 1015pm). The next day, after re-dying the hair, i literally died inside as the result was BRIGHT ORANGE. I was assured the color to be dark copper color but was told otherwise the next day. I cannot go out with such outrageous color, i'm not like a kpop star. A nice lady, which was the manager of this branch, said i dyed too much hair and asked me to come back 2 weeks later, to let my scalp rest. I wish to do that but i really cannot afford to wait even 1 week as my workplace do not allow such color. Hence i even beg them to just give me a black color, to end it once and for all. The lady instead suggested a dark brown instead, where i reluctantly took up the offer. However, as i redid my hair so many times, it was really damaged and all of them are very rough in taking care of the whole process. It was really painful and heartbreaking for me to see the disappointing result that i even teared up in front of peoples i dont know. The result was barely acceptable as i couldnt wait for the dyeing process. It stings and burn too much that i kept tearing up. Originally we were suppose to wait for 40minutes but i barely kept up with 15min until i raise white flag to the lady while tearing up. The lady was sympathetic and tried to serve me the best she can but honestly, it was all too late. All in all, i spend 5hrs in day 1, and 3.5hr in day 2 and endless of unnecessary damages done to my hair, the service was extremely bad and they handled my hair extremely rough as well, particularly the stylist assigned to me initially. He showed no remorse or wasn't even apologetic at all. On top of that, he kept promoting their products while i am traumatizing from the outrageous colors. Throughout the process, it was my first time feeling hatred to myself, for wanting to dye hair in salon for the first time. Never am i going hair salon to dye hair ever again. I will just stick to my diy dyeing if i ever want to in the future.

I went for haircut and chose for assistant director for haircut. But I was disappointed by the service. Only chop hair ,no difference in the look. I told him I want to change look so share something in relation to my face cut he show me some haircut but the haircut I got wasn't same. I'm totally disappointed will not go second time..

After the wash, my hair was not dried properly and kept dripping down my shoulder. Wet hair kept getting flicked in my face during blow dry. I had a cut for my medium/short length bob, and now the ends keep curling outwards when my hair dries naturally (this never used to happen with my previous Korean salon). Luckily the price is cheaper than some other salons to partially make up for the less than satisfactory experience.

How to stop the hair from fizzness and make the hair not so uneven like big to small when tied up . I got the hair cut here but turns out like this :/ regreted

First, they did not register my appointment. I rushed there after my work for a 19:30pm appointment, but they couldn't find my booking. Second, they just shoved me to any available stylist (I was desperate to cut my hair). Third, the stylist was rough with a poor command of English and Mandarin. The shaver/trimmer keeps breaking down. Also, he left several times during Fourth, the ambience is tacky (like an 80's KTV). Need I say more?

Update: I paid $33 for the most junior local stylist.

Yes, because it is usually hard to achieve the hairstyle that I want, but this is my second time here and they never fail to give me the hairstyle that I desire.
