Good service and experience

I recently had my haircut and mucota omega treatment done at the salon done by Dylan. I had done various other treatments before but decided to try this as recommended by him. I love the whole refreshing outlook at end of the session. My hair is smooth and look straight naturally. He even taught me how to maintain the look as my hair was just above shoulder. Thank you for the good recommendation and service. (Review not yet verified)

great hairstylist

Before spotting Creme i have been to many haircuts & each time disapppointed & ended up spending a lot of money. However Jayu from Creme really exceeded my expectations. she took the time to design a style cut that suits my difficult hair. very satified & highly recommend her.

Great service and price as at Oct 2018.

After my disappointing wait at H**** (check my previous review), I decided to try out this hair salon on the same day because I remembered my ex-colleague had told me that she did bleach + color for above shoulder length hair at $200 this year. I called up the salon to confirm that there would be no double booking of clients and I would be served immediately upon reaching the salon. Indeed I was served immediately when I reached the salon at 3.30pm, 21 Oct 2018. I was served a can of cold green tea and the male stylist discussed in-depth about my hair. He was experienced enough to see that I had just a recent hair cut and I did bleaching before. Unlike the previous salon that I visited at 2pm, we even went through several options together. This really felt like a proper consultation. So even though I was very willing to pay more than $200 but he said that I didn't have to do any bleach and did ash brown for my hair at only $98! He didn't even try to hardsell me anything. This is what I call wallet friendly prices instead of the previous salon that BU reviewed and claimed it was wallet friendly. I would recommend everyone to try this outlet again. IMHO, it's never a good idea to try groupon or any coupon deals.

Very terrible

I purchased the groupon voucher for 2 sessions of Dyna mucuota hair treatment for $198. Hairstylist told me my hair is not suitable for Dyna hair treatment because I have highlights. Ended up 2 sessions were used for a normal hair treatment price which is $168 and in addition, she still wanted me to top up $10 for a hair cut. After the treatment, one wash and my hair turned frizzy again and the hair cut was what you can get if you paid $10. She charged me $30. Very terrible.

Unhappy Customer

Totally disgusted

I called when I saw the Groupon deal about the Mucota Dyna deal for $108.
Asked the person who answered the call if there are any hidden charges once I am there. He assured he will charged me Groupon pricing.
Asked me to go down n consult the hairstylist. So I went down, immediately assigned me a lady hairstylist, hard sell like mad regarding the services and told me I need to top up ard $200 for the Mucota Dyna treatment for some extra essence and promised it will turned out smooth n shiny.
My hair is not those extreme case which requires additional treatment essence which she insisted.
She said the $108 deal is for NORMAL FINE hair, if normal fine hair, why would people want to do the treatment then?!
Mucota Dyna is to tame frizzy hair n make it smooth n shiny. Since I already took leave, i decided to give it a try.
To my horror, the extra $200 additional essence which she told me, she only spray once or twice on my entire head!
I was damn angry, but never mind, I gave her a chance and see how later. She was extremely rough in handling my hair, my whole head of hair was almost ripped off by her roughness!
This is the first time I encountered such hairstylist! I still tolerated, as I wouldn’t want her to harm my hair further more if I complain to her. During the whole application of the Dyna treatment, she was extremely stingy in applying the treatment cream and essence. I noticed other stylist, they were very generous and coated their clients hair with lots of the essence n cream to make sure the hair absorbed lots of it. My hair stylist still dare to tell me, no need to apply too much, a little will do! The thing is, she apply like only 5% of what others are applying! My tolerance limit had reached the max. After the whole treatment was done, my hair was not even shiny or straight as promised!
She still dare to tell me it’s my hair condition! The other clients came in with totally bleach gold hair had a better outcome than me! I think it’s because of the way she scrimped on the products which explained why my hair was not able to absorb the full treatment essence!
It was my worst ordeal in my hair journey!
Never to come here again! Hard sell and made clients pay so much extra and still scrimp on the products!

Totally disgusted.

Picture attached. I did the treatment just a week ago. U see the effect is like not done at all. I am extremely disappointed.

Did not have a good experience

I did not have a good experience at Creme Hairdressing @ Chinatown Point.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for MUCOTA DYNA Treatment. The stylist examined my hair and decided that the Mucota Dyna treatment I was using my Groupon for was too harsh for my hair so I had to top up $10 for the Mucota Scena treatment instead(which means I paid full price for it, which was quite a downer). So a heads up for people using Groupon for their services; check with them beforehand if your hair can withstand the treatment included in the Groupon. The treatment time was really short too, 10 minutes per step for a total of 3 steps. The effects of the treatment lasted up to 3 washes for me. Also, I think that the female stylist who attended to me did not have much skill in blowdrying. I was all made up in preparation for my job interview after my salon visit, but most of my facial make up was wiped off by the stylist when she was drying my hair with a towel because she also dried my face quite roughly with it. I had a hard time trying to stop her because she was going at it so quickly and roughly, so by the time she had stopped decimating my carefully applied make up, the damage was done. She also commented that my fringe was weird after blow-drying my hair. Well, that was probably because of her blowdrying. After I went to the toilet and rectified the issue, my fringe doesn't look weird anymore. Also, there was no secure place to put my belongings when I had to rinse my hair at their washing area so I had to carry them along, which was quite troublesome.

Hair is still frizzy after treatment

I purchased the Brazilian Keratin groupon online for $88. During my appointment, I was attended by a lady named Chris. She handled me a folder and asked me to read the benefits of their mucota dyna argan oil treatment on my own, I would require an additional top up of $40 for that.

When asked about the exact details and benefits, she couldnt answer and just ask me to read the pages myself. I was rather put off with that kind of service but decided to go ahead and try the mucota dyna argan oil treatment as she was confident it would get rid of the frizzy waves I had from tying my hair and she commented that it is better than Keratin treatment. Since I have already tried Keratin treatment a couple of times, I decided to give their mucota dyna argan oil treatment a shot.

So I was told not to wash my hair at least after a day, and if I could endure , dont wash it after 3 days. I bear with it throughout the 3 days and was SO DISAPPOINTED after my wash! My hair is still the same, it is frizzy and I could see the frizzy waves on my hair!

I felt that paying $128 was not worth it for this treatment, worst off with poor service.

Quite pleased with the results

had my argan oil treatment here. not bad, quite pleased with the results. service was okay, the stylists were pretty nice and friendly too.

i understand that they have to hardsell their products and services so.... i just quietly sat through the whole thing, but it was pricey for me (im still a student).

other than that, no complaints! the promotion price is worth it. it did wonders for my very severely frizzy, colour damaged and dry hair.

My hair improved alot

I bought at groupon for the mucuto dyna organ oil treatment at $108. As my hair is damage due to previous salon I went. A lady called Yvonne attend to me . fetch me drinks too. Very nice lady. But before she start the treatment, another guy also came to me. They say my hair won't do much inprovement if use the mucota . instead they ask me to go for the Brazilian keratin. In group on it was value at $80. So they say they will do extra scalp treatment to compensate for the $28. The whole treatment was very good. Got snacks they serve too as complimentary. No hard selling. I am definitely going to see Yvonne again. And indeed my hair improved alot. I am happy so far. No complaint . I'm a guy anyway.

Rude services

At first I’ve called up to enquire about mucota dyna which I am keen on doing as my hair is damaged by other salons. So I google and find out theres a promotion at chinatown point branch. I’ve called up to enquire prior to making my way there. Indeed, hardselling is observed, I’ve to top up additional money for the treatment. After I reached the salon, a man attended to me. He is very rude! He said my hair cant do mucota dyna.

Prior to that, due to the hot weather, I did ask for a drink and this man said wait! Rude enough even not to give me a drink, alas, he got me out of the salon door!
