Pro Trim Korean Salon @ Causeway Point

have not had a problem going there before but my most recent visit was the worst . i wanted a simple haircut gave clear instructions for what i wanted . though the female stylist kept recommending me to cut my border , i said no twice but she still kept on insisting and hence i succumbed to the pressure and agreed with it . she kept insisting that it is what’s best but now my hair looks horrible due to her recommendation. stylists need to learn how to respect a customer’s wish and not pressure them into doing something just because it is of the stylist’s preference . did not remeber the name of the stylist but just leaving this here so that it can be a learning point for people . It was my first visit to Korean hair salon. I had no idea what to do with my hair but my stylist Jena recommended and explained about my hair step by step. Hair stylist : Min Service: Hair colouring and treatment It’s my first experience with Protrim Causeway Point, and Min is very attentive when she is your hair stylist. I feel reassured that she knows what she is doing. I like the Color she blended for me and would definitely return back to her in near future. Definitely recommended for a try! I can say finally I met the best stylist in Singapore. I got a Korean perm from stylist Mari. She did an amazing job. My hair got nice volume now! No need to blow curl my hair after shower in the morning!

i’m so happy that i finally got a professional to help me cut my see through bangs lol, they’ve been such an hassle for the past few months. i booked an appointment with min, not only is she efficient in her cutting, but she is so friendly and kind! she doesn’t make comments about my hair like other local hairstylists and doesn’t make me feel self-conscious about it. love her! ???‍♀️

I went to do rebonding for my hair today with stylist Mari and it was one of my best hair styling experience till date. She was really kind, polite and lovely in terms of accommodating my needs. I made sure to let her know certain things that I was looking for, e.g. I don’t really like my hair to look super flat after rebonding. She made sure to make my hair look like it had a lot of volume. Called beforehand that my boy would be able to make appointment for my boys haircut and and use the voucher. And one of the guys on the phone said yes and confirmed about this. When we were at the shop, he said differently. - sorry, I was too busy - sorry, the boy is too small - sorry the voucher cannot be used. - sorry the voucher is for adult only (Keep making excuses) Not a very flexible shop. Why would you confirm and later said differently? If you were busy or not sure, you could have asked to give a call back after confirming with the manager. Fortunately there's one smart lady who said they should take in the boy and give the promised voucher. Beware.

Min is my best hairstylist at Protrim Causeway point. She is always caring and considerate :)
