I told her to cut my bangs straight and leave the long things at the side but she CLDNT DO EITHER. She chopped both sides off and didn’t even make my bangs straight. it looks like a mushroom haircut. the back of my hair isn’t straight either.

Really rip off at QB Premium Guoco Tower. Asked for a cut and the female stylist just shaved the sides.. Fuck up place

It was a great experience to sport a hair from Elis Cheah. She was so accommodating and not so transactional. We opened conversation about Filipinos who sport their hair also with her and she has that warmth that you won't be shy to open up about anything from work and being an OFW. So friendly and professional. She went an extra mile by being so caring with my hair because she wanted to put a smile on everyones faces when they do haircut with her. She dont want that people will be unhappy and wo'nt like her haircut. For her customer satisfaction won't be compromised by a fast service but to go beyond.I will go to payalebar outlet again and will recommend her and QB House. (Review not yet verified)

My very first time at QB house and it’ll be my last. The back part of my hair ended up in patches. Don’t how they train this particular barber. The office acknowledged its their mistake and the best they could do, was to give me a complimentary voucher. (Review not yet verified)

Absolutely terrible experience at QB House Tampines Hub. Beware Melvin the bald hairstylist. Treats your head and scalp roughly. Sadistically savages your skin by piercing the shaver blades. Does terrible scissors cut afterwards which is uneven. His hair says times up, it’s gonna be times up soon for this branch unless he goes (Review not yet verified)

I’m literally almost bald right now with a sheer layer of hair weakly attempting to provide shade to my bare scalp. Ugh.

I just bring my 3years old boy to QB house at Causeway Point for his first hair cut and I have never been to this kind of barber before. I paid and took the queue number and wait around 10mins. The next queue is suppose to be our queue and was told I wasn't allowed a seat inside I had to wait outside instead. The man who is the barber said that is their policy.. What's kind of stupid policy??? You should inform customer before they enter and paid for the service isn't it? HOW CAN THE 3YEARS OLD BOY SIT DOWN THERE FOR THE HAIR CUT BY HIMSELF?? And more over this is his 1st haircut?? What's kind of policy is this? You guys should have place the notice outside that SMALL KIDS ARE NOT WELCOME! Really worst service, terrible and bad attitude! The guy who is one of the staff is really rude. Waste of my time!

Just been to QB house at NEX and was told I couldn't sit inside when I accompanied my friend for a haircut when there wasn't even a queue and I had to wait outside? But when another person came in to sit down they didn't say anything? Would have dragged my friend out to cut at k cuts instead if payment wasn't made yet. My friend's hair wasn't that great. Staff is rude too when she asked me to leave in a degrading tone. Like if I didnt pay money I shouldn't be inside?

Accompanied my boyfriend here to their branch at J Cube and the salon was practically empty left for the both of us and one other guy who was getting his hair cut. Although it was empty I was told I wasn't allowed a seat and I had to wait outside because I'm not getting a haircut. Um what?? What a stupid and inflexible policy. Hair cut wasn't fantastic either.

Good morning, I would like to know if QB Houses do not entertain female customers?!

I walked into 1 in City Hall and received a comment from the "hair dresser" that if I want to style my hair I need to go to a salon but not QB House because QB House cut men's hair?! I address this lady as "hair dresser" because she cannot call herself a hair stylist because she does not style hair! I almost wanted to rebuke her but was holding my horse! From the on start she already exhibited negativity and was not quite polite when I forgot to give her my paid card. Her body language was not welcoming!

I wanted a quick trim for my short hair (which is shorter than some men) just to neaten my ends.

I requested her :

1. Shorten my nape

2. Neaten up my sides

3. Thin up my crown

4. Trim fringe

Are these too much to ask for a 10 mins haircut ?

If QB Houses "hair dresser " cannot take more than 3 hair cut instructions than please indicate, I do not like to confront anyone likewise, does not enjoy being told off in such a manner. Say what you like but I paid for a 10 mins hair cut and I did not need more time for "hair styling" compared to a man's cut. I have visited K-Cut for a few occasions but did not have such encounter. This is my first visit to QB House and such service is definitely not acceptable. You are charging $2 premium compared to your competitors and odd to train your staff to be more courteous. Your competitors are not inferior in hairstyling. Do hope you send message down to your "hair dresser" not to be cocky. If she thinks $12 is tiny price and such customers cannot request then please indicate in your policy! Hope management takes our feedback positively!

Iam particularly impress with the service of Anson Toh from Yew Tee QB House. He is polite,friendly,fast and good.

I like him because he creates a full look to camouflage my flat head (behind). Not all hairdressers bother to do that.

First and last time I will ever visit a so called "barber shop". When I went for a cut, I had explained in detail what style I had wanted just like what you would do. However the barber paid no attention to what I had said and the end result was the complete opposite. Towards the end I wanted to leave and just find another barber as QB was terrible. The barber continued to keep cutting despite the fact I told her it was enough. As for the price, $12 seemed reasonable but I realized giving $12 to a barber who clearly didn't understand my instructions is an expensive exercise. My experience was a fruitless one and I shouldn't have an excuse to ever come back again.

Yesterday 18 June, I went to the QB House Vivo Branch a haircut. When I entered into the branch a pleasant lady approached me and help me to make payment by slotting the money into the machine, I then proceed to go to her station seat for my haircut. Before I could sit down I was roughly pulled away by another lady hairdresser to her station seat and remarked curtly then I am seated at the wrong seat. I felt quite irritated but nevertheless sat down and let her proceed to cut my hair telling her I want a standard haircut. She then begin to cut my hair. All the while she was scowling when doing the cutting.

After the haircut I left the salon to meet my wife at a supermarket nearby. My wife immediately noticed that the hair was unevenly cut at the back with one side shaved deep in at the bottom. I went back to the shop and pointed this out to the hairdresser. Instead of acknowledging that the haircut was badly cut and make the correction she said that the centre of my hair was too thick. At this point I was so frustrated that I raised my voice. The first hairdresser who help me with the payment intervened and in a pleasant tone told me that she would help to do the correction after she had finished the customer she was attending at that time. After about 10 minutes the customer left she than proceed to help me with correction.

She not only help to correct the imbalance on the haircut at the back, she spent another 10 minutes trimming my hair at all sides to make it tidy and neat. Overall her service and skill were excellent.

This experience show the vast difference in service, skill and attitude of the staff in QB House not only in the company but even in the individual outlets the service are different ranging from hopeless to excellence.

I am black and have afro hair. Saw some pretty trendy fellows get some decent haircuts here so took a shot. Absolutely worst haircut of my life. I clearly showed the style I was looking for and she butchered my head. Now i'm going to have to buzz it all off because it's all uneven.

I am very unhappy. This is 100th time I keep mentioning to cut later and end up with the same spherical but not bald(kind of only) look. Layer, what is layer? Uneven hair that forms layers, add the word "spiky"and you've got Jay Park's hairstyle. Why do I get such a shitty haircut for an alarming price

Today was the worst ever cut and experience with QB House.

I have been patronizing QB House for many years. Usually the standards are pretty consistent, and service pleasant and clean. But today's experience was the worst ever. So bad that I have to leave a feedback here since the QB House webpage doesn't have a feedback section.This was at the Holland Village outlet. The cutter was Monica. She insisted on doing all the things that I told her not to do, and kept on justifying why she was doing it. I told her cut short.... she said cannot cut too short. I told her not to use the thinning scissors.... she said what she doing was not trimming but shaping. It was just an absolutely unpleasant and frustrating experience. In the end the haircut was uneven and a total waste of time and money. When I asked for the the hair to be evened out, she responded by using the back of the comb to measure the length of the hair for me. A totally provocative act.

First & Last Visit. I went to the one at ARC (Alexandra Retail Centre). Apparently I collected the ticket but didn't know the protocol that if I am not occupying a seat, I will miss my turn. When I realised that people who came after me were already getting the hair cut, even though hairdresser noted I was there before, I took a set. The hair dressers were busy prancing around the Ang Mohs who were there at the same time ("Sorry Sorry ahh"), but it went to the extreme that finally when my turn came, the hairdresser completely ignored my presence and requested the Ang Moh after me to come and take the seat. He was curtious enough to point out that it was my turn.

I went there for the third time yesterday and it will be the last time. My first experience was positive, My second average (poor haircut) and my last negative. Basically the hairdresser forgot to cut the hair behind my head! I did not notice until 15 min later but it was too late. I went back there today and although I only asked for some small correction, I was coldly asked to pay another 12$. Then the guy disappeared behind so I just laughed and left. You want to be treated like a number? Go to QB house. I will pay the 8 extra bucks next time and get decent service and quality somewhere else.

hi ALL,i went to QB house tpy central my son is 7 i paid $12 and whole shop was empty i know i cant sit down as there are sign boards there telling only for customers BUT i was also told by hairstylist Ivy Lok hi Mdm pls stand outside the shop its not allowed to stand here there is camera and outsiders will think there are customers inside and will not come in,,,, i was like??? there is no one except my son and i was ask to STAND OUTSIDE???? this is the most shocking management instructions to their staff??? i will never patronise this shop anymore and first time as i have already paid and LAST TIME,,,, i am truly treated like a criminal to stand outside a crowded walking pathway at TPY central hub looking at my son,,,, NO MORE SECOND TIME

Went to QB houses around 8 times and consistently getting poor haircuts. First of all, I'm a girl with short hair. When I was still in my simple helmet-like hairstyle, the barbers in the shop can always cut my hair back to what it was like a month ago (with many times of inappropriate length and curvature of fringe). The results were acceptable given the cheap price. However, after I changed my hairstyle to one with more volume and layers, and I went back to have a simple trim at my crown, the barber completely DESTROYED my hairstyle. The shape was gone and the fringe really looked like shit. I'm surprised that the barber couldn't even recognise and trim accordingly given that the layers and shape were pretty obvious as I just cut them 2 Weeks ago.Summary: QB can only be considered for a simple budget haircut and the results are not even guaranteed.I WILL NEVER EVER GOING INTO ANY QB HOUSE AGAIN!

Hi we went to tampines city square for haircut but the staff there frankie siak gave us pathetic service … Sadly to say they just dont care for their customers …
We would never visit again… I would suggest all not to go as they dnt even properly cut the hairs…. We heard alot of things for QB but sadly not to that expected level… I would also request the QB to have feedback page personally.. As they should also be aware about how customers are bring treated ….

Went to the bugis junction branch. Thought of giving it a try as my 5 year old son desperately need a hair cut. Was accompanying my son and husband was queuing to get ticket. Was then told off by the staff that both me and my husband are not allow to keep my son company while waiting for our turn. Even though I reassure that my son is able to sit still for a hair cut, it is just that while waiting he needs to be with someone either with me or with my husband. Am really surprise at the attitude of the staff. She is so rude and blunt. Obviously serving and meeting customer expectation is not a priority to her. Service Sucks! Am definitely not paying QB any more visits
