The all hair-director-only salon has received numerous raving reviews for its high level of service, quality cuts and hair services that have impressed many of our Beauty Undercover readers.

That is why we look once again to Chez Vous' 20 Lookbook Challenge to see if we can find any hair inspirations for working professionals this festive season!

Here are our top picks!

1. Ecaille Colour

Ecaille Hair Colour (Veyond)

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Veyond Chong

Emille wanted a colour that was exciting yet subtle and one that would not require regular touch-ups due to her busy schedule. Using Chez Vous Ikebana colouring technique, Associate Salon Director, Veyond Chong chose a natural shade and intertwined babylights at Emille’s crown to reduce the need for frequent roots retouch. Veyond also carefully blended each strand of hair with harmonizing shades of brown to form a gradual tone without stealing attention away from the wearer.

 2. Ikebana Highlights

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Shawn Chia

Inspired by the Japanese art of flower arrangement, Chez Vous’ ikebana collection explores the use of complementary hair colours to naturally blend out an everyday look that is effortless, soft, graceful and suited for every profession and age group. After every wash, the colour will unfold over time, blending the new colour with the old.

3. Amplified C-Curl Treatment Rebonding

Amplified C-Curl Treatment Rebonding

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Oscar Lee

Suzanne was looking for a style that is soft, ladylike and appropriate for work. She had initially wanted to have her hair perm to achieve those luscious soft curls often seen in magazines. However, Associate Salon Director, Oscar Lee felt that soft curls might make her look older and thus recommended a low-maintenance mid-long sleek hairstyle with c-curls at the ends to make her look more feminine and refined.

4.  Amplified Treatment Perm

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Veyond Chong

Dreaming of K-Pop curls? Try out Chez Vous’ amplified treatment perm! Designed and formulated by Associate Salon Director, Veyond Chong, this service was recently awarded Best Retexturizing Experience by Harper’s Bazaar 2015 Hair Awards.

The service starts with a wash and massage to ensure the hair is cleansed and prepped. A layer of premium pre-treatment lotion is then lathered onto the hair to provide protection and ready it for the chemical treatment. After which, permanent straightening is done at the crown area to smooth out unnecessary frizz without flattening the hair. Cold perm is then selectively and precisely applied to the hair ends to sculpt lush and soft curls. Lastly, your crowning glory is treated to luxurious moisture packed mask to ensure every strand of hair is enriched for maximum lustrous shine.

5. Natural Split-Dye Hair

Split Dyed Hair

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Echo Er

Split-dye hair is the new IT trend flooding instagram. As its name suggests, the technique requires you to dye half your hair one colour and the other half a different colour. While many usually go for vibrant colours, this hair trend might not seem suitable for the working professionals.

But don’t stay away from it just yet, Chez Vous has created a natural split-dye technique that involves the use of two colours that blends well with each other and is wearable at the office!

6. Amplified Volume Treatment Rebonding

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Oscar Lee

Melanie’s natural hair texture is coarse, unruly and frizzy which makes it difficult for her to sport short or neat hairstyles wthout straightening her hair every morning. Associate Salon Director, Oscar Lee recommended Melanie to try out amplified volume treatment rebonding which will tame and smooth her tresses, giving it a natural sleek look. To complement Melanie’s peronality, Oscar also gave her a classic concave bob with a twist by creating a feminine version of an undercut on one side. Melanie can now rock a classic assymetrical bob at work and unveil a punkish undercut outside work.

7.  Edgy Asymmetrical Bob

Stylist: Salon Director, Hensley Chin

Salon Director, Hensley Chin felt that it was such a pity that Audrey’s wonderful personality and beautiful features were being hidden behind her long locks. Thus, to bring her features to light and a haircut that suited her personality, Hensley designed a chic yet edgy askew bob to frame and highlight Audrey’s features.

8.  Multifaceted Graduated Lob

Stylist: Salon Director, Barry Lim

This multifaceted hairstyle is deliberately made to look like a forward layering shoulder-length haircut from the from, a graduated lob from the side and a classic A-line bob from the back. Designed by Salon Director, Barry Lim, it’s a modern-day interpretation of the classic bob that is both fashion-forward and work-appropriate.

9.  Marsala Bob

Stylist: Associate Salon Director, Oscar Lee

Named Colour of the Year 2015, marsala is a great alternative for the usual reds and browns and is flattering against many skin tones. It’s dramatic and at the same time exudes sophistication, glamour and luxury. If you are looking for a change, try marsala this season!

And even if you aren't a fan of marsala, this beautiful bob cut can actually make you look more assertive and feminine all at the same time!

10. Asymmetrical Pixie Cut

Stylist: Salon Director, Hensley Chin

Newly embarking on her career, Christabelle is a girlish, bubbly and ambitious lady who wanted a hairstyle that is professional. Thus, Salon Director, Hensley Chin created an asymmetric pixie cut for Christabelle that exudes both confidence and empowerment. Hensley carefully distributed the weight of her hair to conceal her ears while ensuring that the hair is not excessively heavy at the bottom. The hairstyle resulted in a chic professional woman ready to rock the world!
