My first time EVER experiencing a professional extraction facial session as a guy in my life and the entire experience was really good. Anna is very detailed in her explanation during the consultation and the entire facial experience was pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get a professional facial session. I visit here every month for my facial treatment and it has been almost 4 years now. All staffs are friendly and professional, especially my specialist Rachel does provide personalized & dedicated service and answer my enquiries all the time. They will check your skin per every visit and suggest the most suitable skin care products and treatments they have, no hard selling. Their skin products, MD DERMATICS are not at low cost but worth it for the price and works well on acne skins. In terms of adult acne issue, it varies per individual diet and body condition. Hence my acne goes away and time to time come back little bit but at least it has improved not gotten worse. Dermatologist treatment works temporarily, acne will come back once you stop the medication. Aesthetic from right treatment and working on finding route to improving your acne by healthy diet & exercise at the same time will help your skin in a long term. My complexion has improved and though they do recommend products, they are very pleasant and respectful when gently declined as my preference is for ala carte custom facial versus package. I love that they don’t hard sell and have clarity when comparing prices. It is one of the reasons I come back and the other is that they are gently thorough 😊. Found this place on Google because I was desperate to get my face cleansed. Saw many good reviews here so I called in for a trial. Anna was assigned to me and I absolutely love the service. She was gentle & explained the process thoroughly during the session which I really appreciate. I enjoyed the first session and decided to sign up for a package. Trust the process. Having been stripped away of my confidence, my outlook on life was turning in shambles. I had my first consultation with a full face of horrendous active acne and loss of hope. I was welcomed with the warmth of Anne and her colleague. After a check-up on my skin, they advised me to come back in a couple of weeks when I’m able to reap the benefits of a facial extractions as my skin at that point was dry and impossible to carry out anything. I took their advise and had also stopped using any products on my face. This definitely aided in the process. When I came back, I carried out 5 facials over the course of 3 months. With each session, their optimism and constant care for every individual definitely plays a part in healing the skin and getting it back to its optimum. And after my 6th session with Anna, the head therapist. I can safely say that results have shown. Their supportive energy has definitely helped in rebuilding my confidence. I’m confident that within a few months from now my face will be back to its glowy complexion. The past few months have been quite miraculous given my circumstances at the very beginning. Although I am relatively new at Indulgence Beauty ,I am happy with the facial services provided thus far. The staff are hospitable and knowledgeable and this has given me the confidence to leave my Monthly skin care therapy and my daughter’s in their good hands, especially Anna and Rachel’s. Just did my first facial treatment today with Rachel and I feel that my skin is glowing! Prior to that she also sat down and analyse the condition of my skin with me together. Hi Will be coming back for another treatment next month. Can’t wait to see better results :)

Been with them since 2018. I had large pores, sensitive + oily skin, lots of pimples and lots of acne scars. But all the condition improved throughout the years. Anna is very professional and gave me alot advices. She had also been customising facial treatment that suits me. I'm glad to have met her and i really trusted her to do any thing on my skin. Of course, all other staff of indulgence are very friendly too :) they r not pushy at all.

Started with cleaning the face and then analyze my skin. Followed by extraction after steaming and then a light massage and end with cooling mask. Overall experience and atmosphere is pleasant. Face is clearer as extractions was pretty thorough. I have signed up a package and will be going back.

I decided to try the signature facial after reading many positive reviews online and I am not disappointed! My consultant, Rachel, is very gentle with each step of the facial and is professional in answering concerns about my skin condition. Just done with my hydrating facial and it was a lovely experience! Anna took the time to explain my current condition, what did I do wrong (e.g. using the unsuitable products), and assure me it can be rectified. Anna is polite, friendly, patient and most importantly to me of all- not pushy. If u r looking for a place that actually focus on your skin and less about their own sales target, this is it.

Had such an awesome experience here with their acne extraction facial! The therapists were very friendly and answered all questions I had about the process. They made sure that I knew every part of the treatment and gave me a lot of advice and tips on how to prevent further acne and also home care with MD Dermatics Within the couple weeks, see a difference in my skin and after 2 months my skin looks incredible. I highly recommended!!!

Have made two visit to indulgence now and have been satisfied with their service and quality of treatment process. I have been visiting different places for facial but this is the only place which does an analysis of the skin condition (e.g. elasticity, moisture, wrinkles, pigmentation) using a proper machine! The therapist will conduct this analysis before commencing every facial and the results are stored in the system so you can have some tracking of whether your skin condition has improved. Will see if the treatments will successfully transform my skin over time.
