Had the worst of an experience here. Came on a Sunday afternoon, 4.30pm. There was only one hairstylist for cutting hair and another for shampooing/applying chemicals. And she took in every single customer that walked in, making the waiting process so Long. Overheard her promising a guy “just wait 10 mins” when there were two other heads in front of him to be cut. Did a hair rebonding, the treatment was quite doubtful. After first application of treatment, there was no ironing of the hair following by the neutraliser. I thought that was how the process is done here. So what was done was simply ironing and styling after the first application. THIS WAS WHERE MY HAIR GOT FRIZZED BURNT!!! The guy who did my ironing had to pause halfway to clear up another guy’s head. And the curls done on my hair ends where redone a couple of times. Which I believe what caused THE FRIZZ. The lady cut my fringe and said I was ready to go. I was dazed from this experience. However I returned to the shop to ask about was this how the treatment should be. The first to me was “oh you return for the haircut?” The thing was the price I paid for included a cut which she very swiftly brushed of on the pretense of “forgetting to cut”, which she clearly remember. Overall very upset with the wait time and the hair result. Overpriced for a neighbourhood shop. And not worth the money paid for the hair!

Thumbs down to this salon. I have done a color and the stylist could not deliver the color at all (totally different color) and worst of all the color they use seem to be temporary color as the color is gone after the first wash and my hair is now dry & frizzy! It's my first visit here and will be my last of coz! Totally won't recommend anyone and with the price quoted is as good as you can get a reputable salon in town area. Worst experience I had and very heartache with the money spent. Extremely disappointed!

Hair Stylist Jenny is very good at cutting. She can cut the design thay customer wants. Price is worth for paying and not so muvh expensive.

What I think can be improved

Spacing a little bit small.
