I’d been visiting Branche since 5 years ago, recommended countless family and friends to this salon. I have been well served by Ichi, Natsu and now my stylist is Ryo, I have to said his service is excellent and accommodating, great recommendations of hair color. I have also tried various type of treatments that recommended by him and loved the result, am always walk out of the salon with confidence. This was my first time to the salon & I was pleasantly surprised to find that Ryo was very patient and helpful with suggestions around styling and colouring my hair. He did not rush the process of choosing a colour and style, but gave helpful suggestions to allow me to consider what I wanted. Excellent customer service skills and I am very pleased with the final outcome.

I went for the dry head massage previously with my partner and it was really enjoyable. Ryo was very polite and the service was exceptional. Today I went to do my haircut and color. Ryo, my hairstylist was really very good at suggesting the color and style that suits my face, shape and, skin tone. Im happy with the outcome of my haircut. I feel so light and younger looking ? The ambience of the salon was also very relaxing, specifically the music and the scalp massage. It makes you feel like you wanting to sleep. Hygiene was very good. ? Ryo also gave me a new mask to wear after the service. Will definitely recommend him to my friends. Will grade them **********?????

Ryo has been my hairstylist for more than a year now. Whether it’s a cut or a perm, I’m always very happy with the results. I really appreciate how he takes the time to show me pictures of the hairstyles he has in mind for me before proceeding with the haircut.
