My experience with Chez Vous was beyond my expectations! My hair stylist Wai Kan, provided me with advice regarding my hair condition and suggested a few options for my new hairstyle! The service there were great and I was well taken cared of by the friendly staff at Chez Vous! The outcome of my final hairstyle amazed me because it came out better than expected! Be treated like a VIP @chezvoushair private space. Walking through the stone arch, you are transported to an oasis of pampering treatments. Each private room is designed to have has its own color theme and character. You will be escorted to you private space with a welcome drink, scent therapy and a mini blue tooth speaker awaits you. I had my hair color & got a hair spa treatment. The stylist is professional and sound advice for recommendations. There’s never a dull moment there, as I am occupied with Netflix, music and filled with high tea pastries and infused tea! I must point out about the wash basin & chair. Great place for a self pampering session! They have many incredible perks to choose, from the choices of drinks, the secret perks that can help you relax, etc! The staff is friendly and engaging, which makes time pass so fast. If you need some quiet time, don’t worry; don’t be shy about requesting a quiet chair service. This means you get to indulge in the session without chatting. They have 10 different private spaces with different themes, or a chilling spot with your bestie if you are there with your BFF! I had the bestest bestest service i can ask for with thw tram they are beyond amazing right from the start. The hospitality the services rendered and i felt like a Queen enjoying my service of hair colouring treatment at the most hospitable place. I am first served with a refreshing welcome drink, and I’ve plenty of drinks and food choices that I could look forward to. They even provide an iPad with Netflix for me to enjoy some movie time. To be honest, I never imagined a salon would serve such tasty food. It’s not typically their specialty, after all. But to my surprise, they have managed to impress even a foodie like me. They have aesthetics private pods for privacy and exclusivity which allows me to do my work here !! IPad provided for binge watching Netflix/shows 😌 You can customisable the scent and music in your rooms too! Comfortable shampoo chair (bed) with 180 degrees reclines which comes with a complimentary relaxing head spa 🤩 They provide complimentary high tea snacks when you are hungry too. And extensive drinks menu – as if you’re in a teahouse 😋 There are many additional perks you can request for too! I would say that this is the best Hair Salon that I’ve ever been to in Singapore 😍 As a fan of anything aesthetic, I really love anything from their cave entrance to the interior and furniture of the salon. They have single private pods if you want to come alone like me and also pods for two if you want to chill and having girls time together with your bestie 🫶🏻 Thanks to my Hair Stylist / associate director, Joyce who came up with the suggestion to my new hair colour, she is really expert and professional when I consulted with her about the colour and the haircut type that I want. I tried Chez Vous’ game-changing Advanced Sugar Hair Lamination and fell in love with the hair-smoothing effects without it completely straightening or de-volumising. My hair looked so natural and felt so smooth 🥰 What really impressed me was the first class service I received at this salon. A very warm welcome by Melvin who made sure that I was comfortable, well-hydrated🍹 and well-fed 🍰 I like that my hairstylist Morgan took his time to understand my hair condition and my lifestyle before recommending the type of treatment suitable for me. He explained every step of the process in details. Thanks Sally for the therapeutic head spa 💆‍♀️ and the Warm Eye Moxibustion Therapy was super relaxing for my tired eyes. I genuinely enjoyed my time spent Chez Vous as I relaxed and worked while enjoying my hair treatment. I literally let my hair down with the use of NeoRhythm Cushion and Apollo Neuro Stress-relieving Band. I loved the business class inspired private cabins, with a huge variety of services that I could choose from the silent option, to different massage / face mask services I could add on for free, to even complimentary printing services. The stylists were also knowledgeable and suggested hairstyles to suit my face. The high tea set and drinks were also so pretty and delicious. Perfect for a self care day treat. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Chez Vous Private Space. The staff were very attentive to my needs and feelings, constantly checking in if I was okay or hungry or thirsty. This is really a 5 star service hair salon! I love the private pod where I can have my own privacy without others looking at me. I was welcomed with a list of drinks to chose from + my own scent preference. While doing my hair halfway, I am amazed that a high tea set is provided so I don’t go hungry from the long hours of sitting. The head massage & head spa is so pampering! I felt so relaxed. Moment I stepped in, I was warmly welcomed with their staff, and was escorted to my private space. While waiting for my stylist, I was serviced with tea & drinks and was offered light snacks to eat.
