Read the positive reviews here and decided to give the novena branch a shot. Was attended to by a male stylist and decided to get him to recommend a haircut for myself. Was shocked by the end result because he basically cut off 2-3 inches of my hair length and extensively layered my entire hair (btw my original hair is around shoulder length and it was not layered at all). Layering is definitely NOT the right way to handle my hair because I have natural waves! And every hairdresser that I have been to always recommended me to keep straight cut and not layered. Now my hair just looks very heavy and thick at the top with very thin fray bottoms.

I also doubt the quality of the stylist because the way he cut seems so unprofessional and not meticulous. So disappointing..

went there to cut my fringe. after explaining to him i thought he understood , but then in the middle he told me " you make me confused. you don't nervous i cant cut.. i mean if you dont undertsnd you should asked at the first place. after i get my haircut done he didnt bother to clean up the remaning hair on my face, i should aske for a tissue. maybe because i only cut fringe which is $10 thathe why the service was bad. first and my last visit to this salon.

Lilian is a very delicate stylist, she knows exactly what i want as she knows i am a fussy person.

C perm after 20 yrs of straight hair, to my surprise i don't look too mature and even look younger.

My friends gave good comments that the perm was very nice and it looks good on me.

Due to my working time, i had not cut and style my hair abt 3 months plus already, and had cut my fringe by myself at home as it is too long for me... Obviously it was failed :((

Really very thanks to lilian to save my hair.... She's very patient to discuss with me abt what i like and prefer to cut, really love my new style and color that she choosed for me, of cause she had saved my fringe too!!!!!

The best kind of marketing you can have for your business is through your own customers.

I met Lilian through my colleagues and have been going to her since. I have been dying my hair for more than 10years and I can safely say that Lilian uses superior hair products that lasts and does not damage the hair.

Her hair cuts lasts me until 3 months before I would be itching to get back to the salon not because it's out of shape but because I wanted to experiment with other hair colours introduced by Lilian.

You feel like a star from the moment you step into the salon. Service is impeccable and the staff are attentive and professional. After understanding your hair needs, you're led to a mind blowing hair wash. Very relaxing. I've parted with good money for hair spas which do not compare.

They offer hair spas too which I'm keen to try on my next visit. My stylist, Lilian, always does a great job with my hair. After each visit to the salon, I always feel refreshed!

I am always curious with Korean hairdressers, with hit and miss even when I am Seoul. I visited DuSol Beauty today from the feedback from this website and I am pleasantly surprised by the service and more importantly the outcome from DuSol.

Stylist Name: Sean Lee

No booking, just a walk-in first thing in the morning for me, received my stylist as I have not experienced this establishment and I usually gauge the overall service from any stylist. Hair wash and head massage was great, professional assistants for both pre and post the cut.

I spoke to Sean and advised of what I want and asked for his advise, so started off with a mutually agreed approach. You can usually tell its going to be okay when your stylist knows how to hold his scissors with confidence, cut was good, this stylist knows how to taper I find in Singapore the 'undercut' is a common approach for men, unfortunately I am against it. So in summary, without going into technicalities, service by salon assistants was good, hair cut was spot on and overall customer service by all staff is outstanding.
