ERI SU SALON @ Bugis Bali Lane

I have been to their outlet in Bali Lane many times and this time I had to go Orchard Gateway. Both outlets carry off this sophistication and the staff is super welcoming. From all walks of life, their experience speaks in their work. (Review approved by Beauty Undercover)

I have always had wirey frizzy hair that was hard to manage. I was always envious of girls with soft tamed coloured hair. Often hairdressers would encourage me to rebond my hair and I would be doubtful about this process due to the harsh chemicals involved. Marini got me on to KGloss to help revive and tame my wirey hair. Once my hair became healthy, we coloured it! Now I go to Eri Su regularly for my colour touch up and treatment every 8 weeks as per Marini’s advise. My hair has never felt or looked better. Thank you sayang! (Review not yet verified)

When i first visited Eri Su, i must admit it was because this salon was trending amongst influencers i followed on instagram. I decided to doll up my hair after so long. I had really long hair back then and it was hard to trust a hair stylist to do whatever he/she think will look best on me. Oh well, i trusted Eri and he did my hair for the first time. He gave beautiful dimensions to my hair and first time in forever, my hair look so well taken care of. Definitely made head turns when i walked down Haji Lane. I knew it then i will be returning to Eri Su. Sure enough, i returned and did a hair cut. Again, turned out so good! I was obssessed for weeks. I started booking more appointments but this time with Marini. Multiple trips now just to let her colour my hair. Never disappoints me, ever. Her colours always turns out so good. And when she say “this will fade out to the colour you want” she know exactly what she’s promising you. Always delivering with the most gentle touch. I appreciate a hairstylist that can deliver my expectations or even more. Makes every cents spent worth it! Trust Marini with your haircuts & creative colours. She delivers it, so well. For a nice head massage though- request for Carlson/the girl with short bangs. I personally like it a little tough for my head massage. If there’s anything that i dislike about the salon would just be the whole outlook/design of the salon. That’s personal. Everything else has been such a nice experience going in & out of Eri Su! It was my first time visiting Eri Su Salon as I’ve seen a lot of advertisement of it on IG. When I first entered the salon, Marini & other staffs smiled & welcomed me. She was rly thoughtful by serving a water for me. Before visiting the salon, my hair colour looks patchy & I needed to fix it. Marini was very patient with me in choosing the colours & ended up gave me a great suggestion to fix my patchy hair colour. Been going here for nearly 3-4yrsss. Got to admit my hair was in the worst state ever, went to lots of salon but it jus get worse. Tot erisu will be my last try but ended up it was the best experience ever. Saw the improvement in my hair eventho it takes time but worth waiting n the price. Really love the environment the staff is all friendly like literally u will feel like u have known them b4, its good for shy ppl like me. Smile and laughter can be seen n heard always. Need not to worry abt my hair now since there will always be time for me jus to come do treatment n even catch up with the stylistt thr which is a close fren of mine now. One thing for sure if u listen to their advise ur hair will get better, its jus a matter of time n ur hair condition trust me they are the best. Decided to go to this salon as it was highly raved by many. Set my expectations high but I had the worst experience here. Stylists burnt my scalp (now with scabs all over my scalp) with the bleach applied and colour promised was not delivered. Even after talking to my usual stylist at another salon about what happened, he mentioned that as a stylist, such application should be avoided to customers. Not my first time bleaching/dyeing btw. Matter was brought up to Eri Su team and management but was only given a choice to come down for them to see my scalp condition and accept their one time “premium scalp treatment” offer despite knowing pretty well on how traumatised I was from this visit. Pretty sure if I was an ’influencer’ or artist, it would be a completely different story. My first and last visit here. Never again. (Review approved by Beauty Undercover)

i did Brazilian hair treatment because i have such frizzy & dry hair. surprisingly the end product of my hair was so beautiful. not only was i amazed by my hair but my stylists were both down to earth and knows how to interact with me because i am an introvert. it made my time there worth it too ! they're both soft spoken and gentle throughout the entire time! Today I went to one of the best salons there is; Erisu! Was recommended from a few friends of mine and to my surprise, an old friend worked there too! Farme and I went all the way back hahaha! Have been searching for the best salons there is but to no avail; hence my trip to 13 Bali Lane. It wasn’t a bad choice! At least Farme was better than my previous hairstylist, as he did his job with attention to details and making me feel comfy throughout the whole experience! I’d love to recommend him to my circle of friends too, I’m sure I’ll do so as I take exceptional care of my hairstyle as I’d like to be given the most professional attention to it too! Not to worry, you’ve gained another customer and more to come too! I’d definitely be promoting Farme as he gave me the dedication and respect as a hairstylist too! Been following them on insta for awhile now. Wanting to do curls and its not easy to get a good salon to do it. Have been having bad experience with quiet a few salons (well known once) BUT this is really satifying. My first vist. I booked for a senior stylist name Farme. Not only he is dedicated to his job but his customer service is damn tiptop. I didnt get to do my curls. As my hair is too dry and not in good condition! If he is after commission he would just ask me to do it and not care about my hair condition later instead He did advise me and told me i can only do my curls after i get my healthy hair back. I needed to do treatment first AND he did not force me to do treatments with him. (meaning he is not asking me to fork out more money) treatments done with damn reasonable price amd i can see the difference after my treatment. During my treatment i had this young 19 yr old lady massage my head during the hair wash and it was damn bloody relaxing. (didnt manage to ask her name) I am going to allow him (Farme) to take care of my hair for me as i know this guy (Farme) is damn genuine with his job! The first time I came, I remember really appreciating the care which Marini took to explain what was good for my hair, and the science behind it. I alove it when stepping into Eri Su, it feels like home! Warm and welcoming! My go to salon! I have always been happy when I leave the salon. Went to Erisu Salon with my bestfriend to enjoy they June promo (soft rebonding). Brought my 3 year old daughter along and the whole time she was on my lap. Eri & team were really friendly. I showed Eri a picture of how I want my hair to be and the colour I wanted and am super happy how he was confident he could deliver and did he deliver!! I am beyond happy with the high and low lights he did on my hair and to top it off I came out feeling like a star with the Hollywood tress!!
