Face Affair

I was informed by Dermadex (that owns Face Affair) today that they are closing the branch at Bukit Panjang just 2 months after I purchased a new facial package. They will end their operation in Bukit Panjang by end of June. When asked why they did not inform earlier, else I would not have purchase any more packages and was told that they "sell service, not location" and they have already sought legal advice. They didn't even attempt to offer any apologies to the inconvenience made or to provide alternative ways to solve this issue except "go to the branches at Jurong West or Sembawang". In the first place, location plays a very important factor in my decision to purchase. The other branches are too far from home. I am willing to go Central but was told that the option is not open. Can't believe it, the person attending to me, even attempt to take a footage on me. Absolutely poor service! Don't be in my position. Exercise caution when committing to facial packages.

Very strong upselling and very VERY VERY VERY*FOREVER about their products and package..I already trying to turn them down freaking alot of times at the outlet at The Central @ Clarke Quay but they keep reducing the package price and lastly wants me to pay 100 deposit since I am not willing to have the package now. I stupidly pay for their products and the freaking 100 dollars depost because they just do not let me go if I do not purchase their things!...I will call them tomorrow and ask for refund for the deposit I have put in and the unused products I have purchased!
