Grandeur Nail @ Raffles Place Arcade

Cheap?! It's not cheap coz if u buy a package and can hardly get your nails done it's bloody expensive. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get my nails done. Their gelish chips by the 2nd wk where else most nail salons at far east last more than 3 before they chip. And then when u finally get a slot they charge extra coz they are removing another salon's gelish??!! The business owner should really reconsider taking I'm more packages when they can't deliver the service that they promised clients at point of package purchase.

I bought packages from them. Very pissed off with their attitude. The manicurist keeps on asking me to sign more packages, when I refused. She gave me a sulked face, and massage my arms with great force. Such a bad attitude! Even though the prices is cheap, I wont go there anymore! You can't really enjoy the session, as they keeps on bugging you to sign more packages. So, what if its cheap? Service is bad! Think twice before you go.

What I liked
- Quick dry top coat was included in the package
- Package included sea salt scrub
- Package at 6 mani, 6 pedi and 1 free mani/pedi with 3 sea salt scrub at $200 was cheap

What I think can be improved
- Skills of the manicurists were below average
- All of the staff are very loud and tend to talk loudly among themselves without consideration of the ambience for customers
- Quite uncultured behaviour among the mainland Chinese staff and a couple of the Malaysians – carry loud conversations, coarse way of talking.
- Even after renovation, decor was so-so.
- Appointments hardly start on time. Hard to make booking as well.

Overall, I don’t think I will come back.
