Worth the money
I've been doing the scalp treatment with Trichologist Kai for around 2 years. Initially I did RF treatment and I changed to SEP. Although it took few months, the result is amazingly apparent. I can see more baby hair growing longer and getting thicker as well, and my friends and colleagues can notice that too. Kai is really helpful, he can tailor each treatment to your need, also very friendly. Sometimes he's too busy but I believe that's because his service is recognised by more and more customers. This treatment is not cheap, but definitely worth the cost. No regret.?

Effective treatment
I did 12 sessions with Papilla after noticing significant hair loss. Calvy gave me good tips on how to look after my hair. Due to CB I had to rely on these tips and the hair tonic for 3 months before having treatments 2-12. The tonic plus the hair treatments gave me visibly healthier hair. There was less hair fall and growth of baby hairs all around my scalp and hairline. I couldn’t afford to continue the treatments but was happy with the results after treatment 12. Shoutout to Sieny too who did my sessions while Calvy was away. Sieny was very thorough and detailed when applying the mask/stem cells and did great head massages!

Scalp Treatment
Been going to Papilla for a while now. Everyone there is really friendly and accomodating to changes in appointment timings and requests. Amelia always takes the time to patiently explain all the various treatments available as well as the various steps involved as well as to answer any questions regarding the treatments.

S.E.P treatment
Papilla is not the first salon that i went for scalp treatment. I have tried many other salons and one reason why I decided to choose Papilla is because of my Trichologist: Amelia. The treatment that she recommended is S.E.P, a non-invasive & needle-free treatment that allow serum penetration into deeper dermal layers and improve the serum absorption by 17x more. Amelia displays her professionalism through explaining in detail every steps of the treatment that I am doing, helping me to understand the various products/machines that was used and the results that is expected from this treatment. She is an attentive person. On my first treatment, I casually mentioned that the aircon is not cold so during my second treatment, she move me to a seat that is nearer to the aircon. She also shares with me various scalp and hair care tips - the proper way to wash hair, apply serum and even hair blowing techniques. These are all useful tips and I have been following that since day 1 I started the treatment. Amelia is also a Senior Stylist so I will definitely go to her the next time when I need to cut and color my hair. I believe that with her expertise, she would be able to come out with a nice haircut and color that is suitable for me. One thing I like is there is no hard selling involved. Pricing is definitely not cheap but if it’s effective then I feel that it’s worth the price. Will continue with my treatments and monitor the progress till I resolve my hair loss condition. A big thank you to Amelia and the team at Papilla.

The Best Haircare salon
The best experience i had was the scalp treatment with the hi-technology done my trichologist Calvy. The Friendly customer service makes you feel welcome and comfortable. No hard selling and the best is the progress was quite fast for me, my scalp got better seeing baby hairs growing back again. Will definitely continue my treatment here until I’m satisfied.

SEP treatment
I went to see Kai as I was suffering major hair loss which occurred all of a sudden. Its been a year since I have used Kai’s services and have seen major changes to my scalp. He takes the extra mile to advise and provide tips. Even during the Circuit Breaker, he advised me on the products I can use until I could start treatment again. No doubt the packages aren’t cheap but the treatment and service is worth it.
