Radiance Swiss @ Claymore Connect (Orchard Hotel)

I saw the trial ad facial SGD$68 at FB and decided to signed up with them .I called and fixed my appointment with them dated 23 July 2017 .After reaching the receptionist was pretty cold and unfriendly and after waited for 20mins and I was brought into a small facial room and 15mins into the facial , the therapist suddenly revealed to me for SDG$68 is only for half the face??!! She later explained to me based on the condition of my skin I needed at least SGD$1200 for one time and for my entire face(without massage and extraction, it was really a rippped off actually), but anyway I had no choice but to oblige with her as I don't want to walk out looking lopsided face.Right after the facial their Malaysian accent consultant Jasmine brought me to their consultation room and started hard selling their package costing around SGD$8000. She was very aggressive and I was also rushing for my client appointment and out of no choice but to hand over SGD$2000 as deposit +my facial treatment on that day total amount of SGD$3200 and quickly left their spa. After a few days I found my skin really very very dry and I did not see any lifting effect after the treatment and so I decided to back to their spa and hoping to give them my feedback and perhaps ask for a refund of my SGD$2000 deposit. Of course things turned really ugly when Jasmine their consultant started denial how dry my skin had become ,and shouted at one of the colleague to take video me when I was demanding for my refund she later threaten to put the video on line to shame me. I later told her I will report them to the police and so to settle this matter amicably she agreed to let me use the deposit for other treatments . Anyway to cut the story short, as I am based in China and will come back to SG every few months, and within the last one year I had tried calling them to fix appointment for my facial so far it had not been successful, the minute they heard my name and they will tell me appointment is full or either they will call me back .Of course none called me, and it has been since 1.5years and they are still holding on to my SGD$2000 . Hence if anyone is thinking of going to them , please save your money or donate them to the more needy people or charity organization . Radiance Swiss sucks big time,,their staff is cold and frigid and their face so black and long like you owe them a million dollar and their people are taught to scam FB users like us..so please stay away from them!!! If anyone would like to see my deposit receipt I am more than happy to show you!

I have been going to Radiance Swisse several times for scalp treatment and had a different person each time. Their therapists are not very friendly. I was once served by the consultant (I couldn't see her name tag clearly-- I think it's like Joey?). Very yaya and bitchy to deal with. Out of the three persons who have performed the treatment, Joey had very rough handiwork-- almost felt like she was just slapping me around. It was the most unpleasant experience and I am really not impressed. Not sure if the treatment actually helps my scalp in the first place. Sigh. Will finish my sessions and stop going. Avoid this plc!

Staff has zero integrity and tried to cheat. They changed my treatment without my permission. Had I not realised this during my second session, I would have had one treatment less, although I had paid for the package. When I then asked for a refund of the remaining balance as I had loss trust in them, the staff became more defensive and tried to brush off the incident. They were rude throughout the interaction and refused to explain why they tried to change the treatment. It was the worst experience EVER. I understand that sales is important; and customer retention is their kpi. But cheating a customer is a big NO-NO. I lodged a report with CAS the very next day. I do hope that they are penalised and no other customers go through such an experience.

Bought a fave deal for this facial place to try it out, but got persuaded to upgrade to a $100 / $68 treatment prior to my treatment. I was then told the treatment i bought had cleanse, light extraction, face and neck mask & neck massage. After refusing to purchase the upgrade, I got a single cleanse & extraction immediately after (without steam) and face mask - without the rest of the other stuff in the treatment I purchased. Bad impression, would suggest to avoid. There are plenty of other facial places that provide way better service and treatment for first time customers.

first trial from groupon. bad decision to go. the trial was good - cleaned your scalp - BUT after you topped up $200 for this and that! Then they super hard sell you to buy package. Even ONE session package. what the?

But silly me, went and got the 6 session package... which is supposed to add on to the groupon 3 session package. logic is it will make 9 session, right? but no, unless you top up even more, they will void the groupon package!

long story short, end up, every single time you go there, they will super hard sell you to upgrade and upgrade. i am wondering when will they stop - can upgrade until how much? $1000 per session? from groupon trial of about $70 per session already upgrade to like $300++ per session. and they will tell you things like oh we have customers who pay much more than you so yours is the cheapest package already.

wtf! then if you read the ingredients of their products, it's all not-so-good chemical which is not recommended by high end natural salons! so pity all the new customers that i see getting sucked in when i m there to finish my pacakge.

by the way the hair loss prevention package is BAD in my opinion. every time i will lost soooooo much hair, which they blame it's my fault, not their fault??? it only loses more each time AFTER i go there. the bad results i can go on and on and they will say oh, this doesn't happen to any of our other customers. so must be just you.

WHAT THE? i will not recommend anyone to go to radiance swiss.
