Professional & Excellent Services, Value for money, Great Results

My family & I have been regulars for over a decade and we are very comfortable with the service, professionalism and most importantly, results. We stick with the REDS brand as every single one of their stylists are senior stylists with at least 10 years experience. They are in the mid range tier when it comes to pricing but I still feel that their services are most value for money as they use top quality products compared to the other salon brands I've tried that use low-quality products from China with really terrible smell, like Jean Yip. Very disappointed with the service

REDS tampines mall shop close at 9pm, ( on 17/11/14) we reached there at 8:10 pm. The Receptionist told us that left only 2stylists so cannot accept one more hair cut... very very disappointed with the service .We went to century square- ShunjiMatsuo. Even though they also close at 9pm, they welcome us with a great smile. This is what we call "GOOD SERVICE".

Hi Kat, having worked in the customer service line for years, I'd like to suggest that you were disappointed because you weren't able do a walk-in.

Like any other industry (eg.food industry - restaurants etc), when a place is packed, it is only logical that they will have to serve customers who have booked appointments in advance. All you have to do is make one phone call to have avoided the disappointment. I can't find rationale in your definition of 'good service' to be a salon which happened to have no appointments and walk-ins who was able to accept your walk-in request. Good day.

Shabby, lazy cut

Had my haicut by The Assistant Manager whom
I felt did a shabby lazy cut to my natural locks.
My hair was practically chopped off to 3 segments in
8 mins & she was ready to blow dry it & have me
Out of the salon.
I have never seen a stylist doing a straight cut across
Ones locks. ( it was a chop)
She seems more interested to fix her fake lashes.
No skills & effort put into the haircut.
Her attempted recovery was useless as hair
Has already been chopped off.
Never to return !

Back from the salon

Having enough of the effeminate stylist’s yo-yo emotions my friend went to Reds salon at Tampines Mall.
It was an impromptu decision.
He walked past the salon knew he needed a haircut and walked in.
Picked a random hairstylist who wasn’t happy that my friend didn’t want his hair shampooed.
Made a small fuss.
When the haircut was done the hairstylist used a hairdryer to blow the cut hair away.
Plus pulled open my friend’s shirt collar and aimed the hairdryer nozzle in.
That meant quite an amount of cut hair at the collar went all the way inside.
