Fluxus House @ Outram Park

I was very nervous at first, but the personality of Chiho and her assistant made the process smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the hair cut and hair coloring was better than my previous hairdresser, making me look forward to next appointment. I have thick, voluminous hair that tends to get dry when layered. DK did a great job of layering my hair and gave me a very fresh and soft bob shape. I was really impressed with the result and felt the high level of skill at this Japanese Hair Salon. He took his time and cut carefully, section by section. I love his haircuts so much. The LVpro treatment at Fluxus House is fantastic. After the treatment my bleached hair is naturally straight and smooth and most importantly my hair is not further damaged. Chiho is a Japanese stylist with great skills! (Review not yet verified)

This was my first visit to Fluxus house, which I had always been curious about after reading the reviews here. The staff greeted me with smiles and were very welcoming. The place was clean and relaxing. I had a head spa by CM. The head massage made me feel really relaxed and at ease. He gave me a great and special neck and soulder massage too. This is my favorite Japanese hair salon. All the stylists have a very high skill level and are very friendly. I like that it is within walking distance from Outrampark Station and good cage and restrant near by. I asked them to color my hair and they did exactly what I wanted. Fluxus House was recommended to me by my mother who had a good experience here and now I am a repeat customer of this Japanese hair salon. I came in this afternoon for a quick cut and wash. My stylist, Shota, did a great job getting my hair the length and style I like. Had a great time bouncing ideas off Shota, who understood my preferences! i had a perm done with Chiho before i went for my vacation and the perm was still very nice after i returned so I went back to Chiho again for a haircut as it is really hard to find a stylist thay cuts my fringe well but Chiho did it perfectly so i really recommend Chiho if you are looking for a japanese salon as it is one of the best out there (Review approved by Beauty Undercover)

It my first time cutting short hair my life, so I was really happy! I wanted to donate 30cm hair, so I tied it with an elastic band and had it cut to measure the length. It was my first time having a short haircut, so I was really nervous, but I'm so glad that Chiho cut it for me! If you want to transform yourself, I definitely recommend Chiho.

Visited here for the first time. It's a mysterious hair salon like an art gallery, and I love the concept! I was really impressed when I entrusted a hair cut and bleach color to Chiho this time and I was glad that she was polite and listened to my request. (Assistant's massage is also the best!) -Great location with 1min walk from mrt stn exit. - Spacious minimalist decor. - Had a cut + perm + treatment session with Fluxus House new stylist - DK. Be aware that the Promo pkg $249 is only for cold perm. I went with digital perm as DK suggested due to my very fine thin hair, for a more lasting perm. Final price slightly more than i anticipated but its ok bcoz DK provides top-notched and attentive service from start to finish (hair washing, head massage, cutting + perming). With 22yrs of experience, has gentle hands when working on the hair and cautious how much length to cut. Patient and friendly. Our conversation kept to a minimum (mostly just about japan travels) which i prefer the stylist to focus on working my hair than prying about my life. - Suggestion: if a simple beverage (eg: water/soda/tea) can be automatically offered to client, it'll add more bonus points in customer service. It’s a cozy hair salon and my hairstyle turned out great. I wanted the perm to be more long lasting, so the stylist designed a perm with tighter curls. I have already washed several times at home and the curls are still tight. I’m really happy and satisfied with the result. (Review not yet verified)

My perm was great the first few days however it’s leaning more wavy on most parts of my hair. My bottom half is straighter now too which makes it look slightly awkward. This is my first time in The Fluxus House. The atmosphere of the shop was good. And the cut & color seem to suit me nicely, which made me felt great. It was a very beautiful and special salon. First of all, when I entered the salon, there was a nice gallery space, which did not look like a hair salon.. It seems that art changes every month, and I thought it was a very interesting concept. My hair stylist is DK, he has over 20 years of experience and his cuts are sophisticated and I love it so much. It was my first time going to this salon but when I first entered there was a gallery and it was decorated with beautiful paintings. I was happy and I enjoyed it^^ My short hairstyle was easy to manage and i had a clean outlook. And DK’s color choice was the best choice for complementing my skin colour. I don’t like reddish and brassy hair color. DK understood it and manage to mix a hair color to cancel red and orange tone. The result was a beautiful color! (Review not yet verified)
