- Kyonmi is a Korean Stylist who grew up in Japan and is knowledgeable in both Japanese and Korean Styles; she creates wearable and easily manageable styles for customers
- Ayako is very strong with haircuts and perms, especially shorter haircuts with an added twist or a touch of personality!
- The Less Is More group doesn't just focus on creating unique and easily manageable hairstyles, they also emphasise on achieving beauty from the inside out through their philosophy, concept and values
- LOVE the privacy and heritage vibe within Raffles Hotel
- Short walk from City Hall MRT

Not-So-Happy-With
- You'll have to turn the corner on the second level of Raffles Hotel to locate the salon, so it may be hard to find the first time
- You'll have to walk up to the second floor to get to the salon
- Not the cheapest salon you can find in town
- Parking can be expensive in Raffles Hotel unless you are lucky enough to find street parking across Raffles
Totally recommend this salon
I got my hair cut and dyed in this salon. Even though I didn’t tell too many details what I want to look like, the stylist understood me so well and did great job :)) the salon itself is so sophisticated, every staff is so nice and the location is also good!! You must go this salon. Wouldn’t regret for sure :)

Hair cut with Ayako
I’ve always enjoyed my time with Ayako! She is fun, friendly and always ready to try something different with you~ I’ve been there a few times for cold perm and I love it!

Book with Kyungmi!
I’ve been booking with Kyungmi for more than 5 years as there is literally no one who can do my hair better than her! She always makes my hair done exactly what I wanted to have whether it is just a cut, or colour and perm, with a touch of latest trend. Her new studio Toki + Lim is located inside of Raffles Hotel Arcade which makes us feel even more special and relaxing. Highly recommended Toki + Lim from every perspective!
