Carol has always loved all things beauty and creativity. When the opportunity arose to pursue a career in the hair industry, she grabbed it with both hands.

She went on to study about hair, work as an apprentice, and graduate to be a hairstylist!

Currently, Carol specialises in fun colours because she wants to bring a pop of cololur to everyone's lives. This is unique because bright colours aren't always popular in Japanese salons, but now you can have it all!

Speaking to Carol is like speaking to a friend — she listens patiently, is open and welcoming, and authentically communicates with heart.

You won't see her trying to hardsell or upsell anyone, convince them they should try a hairstyle they're not comfortable with, or talk down to them.
