Top Kerastase Specialist, Second runner up for Singapore Hair Design award and second runner up for Beauty Asia Haircut 2011, Jesly has proven her hairdressing skills time and time again in competitions and now in her continually innovative hair designs. Jesly is so good that she can tame even the most challenging of hair textures and fulfill the desires of the most demanding of customers due to her excellent haircutting and perming skills as well as her own high standards for hairdressing. That is why old customers of hers from more than 7 years ago were so happy to find her in Picasso as they just can’t find any other stylist who is as good as her.

She is after all “the special one” who would spend days thinking about how new designs proposed by customers can be achieved. Whether it is hair colour, rebonding perm or haircut, customers are always happy with her final result.
