Matako has done It all: worked as a hairstylist for over a decade, honed his skills in cut, colour, and perm, opened his own salon, and worked in various countries as a stylist.

He started in this industry just over 10 years ago as his curiosity was sparked by his hairstylist sister.

After 6 successful years of beautifying customers in Japan, he rose to the challenge and started his own salon in Vietnam.

Why Vietnam? He wanted to improve his English skills and expose himself to a new culture, environment, and people.

No matter where he’s based, his customers love that he always listens to what they want, design a hairstyle that suits their head shape and lifestyle, and has a charming personality.

He sets himself apart from other hair stylists because of two things: his love for crazy hair colours and huge hair makeovers using short haircuts.
