Wowed by some of the hair colour designs you see in Jeric Salon? The artist behind most of the outstanding hair colour designs for Jeric Salon is Nardo, Winner of AVEDA Hair Colour Competition in Singapore. 

It is not easy to achieve ash purple, rose gold and recently trending hair colours but did you know that it is even more difficult to do so with AVEDA? Due to the naturally derived hair colours that come only in a limited range of colours, the stylist has to be very very strong with colour chemistry to attain many of the trendy ash tones today. That's where Nardo shines. As a fine arts graduate, Nardo is one of the few stylists who has an iron-clad training in colour theory; this enables Nardo to achieve ALMOST ANY colour tones you desire - a skill he continues to hone during his off days through oil and acrylic paintings. 

It doesn't mean that you need to go for bright and crazy hair colours with Nardo. Many of his clients work in more conservative industries like banking or law, many of whom look to him for alternative colour inspiration that still gets them rising in ranks. Nardo has since taken this challenge seriously and has experimented with different formulae to achieve the work-friendly milk tea brown series that customers rave about. For those who are more adventurous, Nardo is excellent with colour blocking and peek-a-boo hair colours so you can get to work looking professional and still party afterwards with your hair up. 

Beyond his eye for colours, what we love about Nardo is the level of detail he goes into. As haircut forms the very foundation of all hairstyles, Nardo takes the extra effort to check for your hair texture, face shape, hair texture and preferences before embarking the cut. If you're doing a colour, he will then incorporate the colour design into the cut for an fabulous hairstyle that will truly bring the best out of you. 

You don't have to worry about him giving you a drastic makeover though. Just as Mona Lisa was not created in a day, Nardo will preplan different styles you can pull off in the next 12 months, each of them portraying you and yet distinct enough to explore the different versions of yourself.
