Many of his clients, mostly bankers and high-level execs, will tell you that Spencer’s haircuts are like no other. Thanks to his systematic cutting techniques, his cuts look livelier and keep their shape while concealing thinning hair. Cuts aside, Spencer also has plenty of experience doing highlights and balayage, even for European or American customers with challenging hair types.

As much as he is strong in both cuts and colour, Spencer openly admits that he is not yet as strong in perms and using perm lotions to add texture to clients’ hair.
