I had really dry and frizzy hair prior to going to hairlux, however after my Tokio Inkarami treatment, my hair became extremely smooth and non frizzy anymore. My hair colour also looked more vibrant and even prettier than before! Would highly recommend hairlux and do look out for their exclusive promotions for great deals! (Review not yet verified)

Been visiting Hairlux for the past 2 years and i always leave the salon with satisfaction. Amazing results and amazing service from the staff there. Despite bleach many times, hair is still not damaged and colour retention is really good! (Review approved by Beauty Undercover)

Stepped into the salon feeling good, clean environment and they serve beverages and wine! Stylist made us feel comfortable checking on what we else we need. My friend and i went ahead to do cinderella treatment instead of normal rebonding because I was pregnant, there was some confusion on the promotion when we tried to quote beauty undercover offer. Was resolved quickly when we showed them the screen shot on the discount and was entitled to it.we left the salon happy with the result. Fast forward 3 days, 2 wash after I realised my hair curls are still quite obvious thus I message the salon whether I can come down to redo. They commented on probably its my hair texture and suggested to do rebond instead if I would like it to be straight. I told them I'm pregnant and the result is really quite far from what I expect. I went ahead to do some research with other salons and realised that cinderella solution from naturia is not suitable for pregnancy cos they changed their ingredients sometime ago and some have already stop offering to pregnant ladies. I was taken aback cos Ive mentioned the pregnancy several times to the stylist and that's why I wld like to do e treatment but at no point they advice its not suitable. I end up telling them I won't be back due to this and no further explanation given but just apologies. Quite disappointed with the response and not what I expect from a salon with the price they charge.

Decided to accompany my friend for the package at Hairlux and I wasn't sure what I wanted to do yet. But after a quick consultation, the stylist recommended the Keratin treatment for my damaged & bleached hair. The entire process took about 2 hours or so and the results were pretty amazing! My dry bush of a hair was now really smooth and silky! This was the first time I actually realised how long it was too 😲 Throughout the whole session, I was kept happily fed with snacks when I mentioned I was getting a little hungry 😅 Thank you for the attentive and great service!
