Been visiting SONA for almost a year. Zoey has been nothing but amazing. She’s very attentive and meticulous to attend to my needs. Indeed a very experienced beautician!

I love the way no one hard sells packages here. The treatments are done meticulously and you can see the results.

She finishes the VIO hair removal treatment quickly while talking, without pain. Highly recommend.

My second visit to Sona Skin Studio (1st was on 18th June and 2nd on 6th July), my facialist is Zoey and she is knowledgeable (I'm in safe hand). I didn't realise my face was in danger zone of dry sensitivity till zoey spotted it out for me and she also did some extraction for me (not painful don't worry). After service, there's no hard selling (very good) and my face really felt alot better after following her tips & advices on my skin care routine. Great service. Shirio and her staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. Evey treatment, Shirio will analyse your skin condition and advise on the treatment most suitable. SONA is the best beauty salon i have been to. Shiori is meticulous, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely gentle. I have been to quite a few facials before but SONA is a place i will continue to support from now on. Each session is an hour with no extractions but my skin has never looked better in years. Shiori customizes each session according to my skin’s needs and has never asked me to top up for serums / ampoules etc. Each facial leaves me relaxed and refreshed. The place is super clean and elegant. I love their signature zen scent so much that i ordered a bottle! Those who are looking for a good facial, I highly recommend trying this place out. They may not be the most affordable, the duration may be shorter than what you’re used to, no extractions may be discouraging to some.. but seriously, those 90 min facials have nothing on SONA! ❤️

I love getting my treatments with Shiori. The oxygen facial always leaves my skin glowing, and people have asked what I’m doing differently because my skin looks much better. The studio is convenient to get to, and the mood is always relaxed. No hard-selling. I’m very glad I found this gem.

What I really like about this place is that the facials are customised to your skin needs. And there are not extra charges for customisation too. My skin is always glowing after the facial! It’s not like the other salon where it’s always the same steps and products and it doesn’t really cater to what your skin needs at that time. Plus, it’s really a cosy place and everyone is so friendly. Makes me feel at home! :)

When you first enter it’s very welcoming and the rooms are inviting and calming. Shiori always takes time to hear about my skin’s condition and analyse it before telling me the treatment she will be doing. There’s no hard selling and you know they are sincere in helping you achieve your skin goals. I look forward to every visit I make at sona :)

I saw the reviews online, and went to have my first facial here last October and I saw instant results. Shiori was patient, explained to me what she could to help my facial condition and suggested a suitable facial treatment. The small chats, the comfortable ambience and non-pushy service made me a regular. I was impressed by the results each time I did my treatment and it has been a monthly affair that I look forward to. One should really try Reverse Facial, I have gotten quite good comments from friends and colleagues after undergoing the facial and I swear by it.

This is one of the first few facial salons i have been to with immediate effect. You dont even need make up and there is no redness or downtime. I wouldnt mind getting a package. There is completely no hardselling and i even had to ask for package price. very impressed. everything was great just that the salon does not have paywave (using phone). that would be really convenient

I don't usually leave reviews but SONA and Shiori deserves this. I'm no stranger to facial and aesthetic treatments, having plowed through lasers packages and facial packages from big and small beauty chains. One thing that really strike me is the lack of selling of packages at SONA. I was just told how much my session cost today, and no mention of any package at all. I had to hang around until I can corner one of their therapist and ask about their packages. Hah. Back to my facial, I had Shiori as my therapist. Her assessment of my skin is spot-on. She was so gentle on my skin that I almost don't feel anything was done on my face. Two things that are different from the usual beauty chains is eyebrow shaping and neck massage, but I can do without it. Here comes the best part of the facial, no redness after my facial is done. In fact, there was a slight glow (makes sense since I did the Glow Facial, with an add on oxygen infusion treatment). I brought along my makeup kit but ditched it and went home on the train, makeup free. I can't wait for my next session with Shiori.

The price could be a tad pricey however it is quite worth it. Painless extraction. Emily is a very gentle therapist and she will pay close attention to my needs. She is a very patient person. The entire experience is very comfortable and no hard selling at all. No extra charges for the use of machine. She gives very good recommendation for facial routine as well.

I love how effective the treatments are! Only done a few times facials and could see apparent improvement, on top of that, excellent service! My beautician is Emily and she's very friendly and gentle, love how bubble she is every session, and how generous she is with tips ad advice to improve my skin conditions! Last but not least, it's value for money, I know more facials out there that are more pricey with a lot less results, no hard-sell either! 

Maybe some loyalty programme for frequent customer or more discount? =D

This was my first time going for a facial; was taken real good care of by Shiori San. Everyone was friendly and patient, and the premises were clean. Facial was gentle and relaxing. My skin was visibly smoother, brighter, and healthier right after. Thank you!

Environment is soothing and relaxed. Emily's relaxing strokes nearly made me fall asleep! I love how clean & clean my face looks after each treatment, and am looking forward to me next facial treatment.

I have always wanted to try facial but I have heard terrible things with regards to facial salon - customers experiencing bad skin reaction to the products used, intense hard selling, facials are overpriced, facial duration cut short etc. This is why I did extensive amount of research before deciding to go to Shiori for my first facial experience. I am glad I did! Im loving this place.

Did my first facial treatment and I can see that the skin was brighter after the treatment. I have always had back acne problem. While I was paying for my facial treatment I saw that Shiori provides facial for the back too. Decided to give it a shot and Im glad I did. Shiori helped me extracted the blackheads on my back and applied brightening cream for my acne scars. I did not even know there is such thing called back facial.

All in all, give this beauty salon a shot. They dont sell packages and dont do hard selling. The worst thing that you want is additional stress given by therapists during your treatment. The treatments are very reasonably priced as well. :)
